Screening and validation
Antibodies are isolated with affinity chromatography. Antibody specificity and identification of any potential cross-reactivity issues are determined by ELISA and Western blot.
We can create any kind of antibody for any kind of assay. Our bespoke, targeted antibodies are available unlabelled or labelled with specific peptides, compounds or fluorophores for true versatility. They can be used for Western blot, immunochemistry and immunoprecipitation assays. If conjugated with fluorophores, they can be used in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. If conjugated with enzymes, they can be used in ELISA assays.
