This is a high-quality superfolder GFP, derived from Aequorea Victoria. sfGFP is designed for high-throughput screening of protein expression levels in SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. sfGFP maintains fluorescence when fused to poorly-folding proteins and displays enhanced thermostability.
