Custom-made proteins We produce each protein in bacteria before using affinity chromatography to purify it. We analyse the purified sample with SDS PAGE to determine purity.
Custom-made peptides Our custom-made peptide production service is ideal for creating target peptides either too small or too large to be produced by a synthesiser. Once we have cloned peptides, we assess their molecular weight (MW) with Orbitrap.
Recombinant enzymes We can clone recombinant enzymes commonly used in molecular biology, including Taq DNA polymerase, T4 polynucleotide kinase. Our recombinant production method overcomes isolation issues and delivers higher purity and yield, which translates into lower costs.
